Park Hotel Yellowstone Policies

  • No Smoking of any kind in or on the property. Please don't throw it on the ground.
  • No Pets Allowed, there are too many wild animals around.
  • Special permission is needed for kids 12 and under.
  • Please rely on your cell phones. there is no landline in the room.
  • Emergencies: dial 911. For other concerns dial 406-223-7007, find the on-site manager, on the top floor in 302, and across the street at 110 Main Street.
  • For your safety: do not approach wildlife no matter how calm or tame they appear. We do have furry friends that come raid the apple tree and grass. They can get skittish if they feel trapped.
  • Cancellations: All cancellations must be made personally by a telephone call and text or e-mail. You must receive a cancellation confirmation by e-mail of text in order to consider the reservation canceled. IF/When we can re-book your same dates, same room, we will refund what we recover less a 15% fee.
  • With this booking Guests acknowledge full payment is required. We hold the right to collect the damage deposit on arrival, and/or after your stay. If applicable, the guest agrees to pay for all damage caused to property or property of a third party, including without limitation, costs of repair and replacement of such damaged items. Further, Guests acknowledge and agree the Hotel may charge the guest's credit card for all costs associated with such damage In addition, if lodging is left in such a state that housekeeping needs to spend extra time on the normal cleaning, an extra housekeeping fee may be charged. We operate with conservation in mind & will not be housekeeping each suite/room daily unless requested. Housekeeping occurs in between each guest's stay. However, if you need any additional supplies or assistance, we can help. Park Hotel Yellowstone does not have a 24/7 front desk on site. You can text, call, or email for questions or assistance.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for their minors under 18.
  • Check-in: after 4 pm.
  • Check-out: by 10 am.
  • Lost/Left Behind Items: Shipping/handling charges will apply
  • Extra people beyond the stated normal occupancy per room will be charged $20 per person per night.
  • All reservations are required to be pre-paid in full to be confirmed with a valid credit card.
  • We may allow non-shedding Pets with special permission, only in specific rooms. A fee will apply. Be on a leash, non-aggressive, cannot be left unattended, not allowed on furniture or in bedding. Prefer Overnight in a crate. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pet. If the rules are not heeded, you will have to depart, with no refund, and additional charges may apply if damages &/or extreme cleaning is needed. We love pets, we also love the quality of our rooms.
